Fall is a great time to be outdoors exploring new places while the weather is still nice! Before you know it, snow will cover the ground and outdoor activities become scarce. Which is why you should consider a fall road trip now! In fact, I have the perfect one in mind 🙂
Over the weekend I visited one of my favorite places ever- Peddler’s Village for Octoberfest!
Peddler’s Village is located in New Hope, Pennsylvania. An adorable village with unique shopping, great restaurants, and fun activities. Their calendar of events is year round which is probably why Peddler’s Village stays so busy. Plus, you’ll be doing some scenic driving to get to Peddler’s Village, which will make the experience ten times better.

Fall Road Trip To Peddler’s Village
Eat & Drink
I love finding new restaurants & Peddler’s Village has tons of options for eating and drinking. A couple of my favorites from the weekend were Hewn Spirits, Buttonwood Grill (best burgers!), and Earl’s. And of course, since we were there for Octoberfest, plenty of beer!
There is only one hotel in PV called Golden Plough Inn. However, you can always stay in New Hope or Doylestown which are both 15 minutes away!
Oh, my favorite! There is so much to do in this little village. First, you have the shopping. Cute boutiques like Apricot Lane & 25 South. Then you have unique galleries ( like Lighthouse Gallery), cooking shops ( like Cookery Ware Shop), and Home & Garden shops (like Roots).
Like I mentioned before, there are always fun activities going on in PV. You have the Apple Festival, Christmas Celebrations, Lobster Fest, Spring Fling, Octoberfest, and so much more! Head on over to their website to see the full list of activities so you can plan accordingly. Now go out and explore! It’s too nice out to be inside and there is nothing better than a fun car, scenic driving, and a final destination of exploring.
